Part-Time Project Manager

To oversee complex projects in the professional, scientific, and technical services sector, the part-time Project Manager will manage Veeva Vault Modules, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget while facilitating communication among stakeholders in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Lead project planning, resource coordination, and risk management to align outcomes with organizational goals Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for enhanced efficiency and quality Required qualifications Minimum 5+ years of project management or coordination experience in regulated life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology environments Experience tracking documentation deliverables, milestones, and risks across multiple workstreams Proficiency in using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and project tracking tools for remote collaboration Strong stakeholder management and follow-through skills Availability to support part-time engagement during 8:00 AM-5:00 PM PDT business hours
