First Coast Sales Group is hiring motivated individuals to join our growing Jacksonville team. This entry-level sales role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, wants to build professional experience, and is ready to develop skills in sales, communication, and customer relations!

You will represent nationally recognized client partners through face-to-face customer acquisition and customer-service campaigns. No prior sales experience is required—we provide comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and mentorship from experienced team members.

What You’ll Do

• Interact with customers and create positive, professional experiences
• Learn and communicate product and service information
• Build relationships with prospective customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Support new customer acquisition and account-management efforts
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, dependable, and motivated attitude
• Customer-service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required
• Willingness to learn and work in a goal-oriented environment
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
