Remote Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator - Hire-to-Retire Workstream (Contract)

Duration: ~10 months (strong potential for extension)
Rate : $50/hr


Role Summary
We are seeking a Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support our Hire-to-Retire (H2R) workstream. This role will be responsible for coordinating project activities, tracking deliverables, managing schedules, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project meetings, action items, and follow-ups.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, risks, and issue logs.
• Track deliverables and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and project documentation.
• Support project governance and reporting activities.
• Help identify and escalate project risks or blockers.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of project coordination or project management experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project.
• Experience with HR, HCM, Workday, or Hire-to-Retire processes is a plus.
