Pay: $20.00$24.00/hr., DOE

Length: Temp opportunity assisting from September to March

Location: Stafford, TX

Position Summary:

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our project management team in a fast-paced mechanical contracting environment. This role is responsible for keeping projects organized by managing documentation, coordinating communication, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Support Project Managers throughout all phases of commercial mechanical construction projects.
• Prepare and maintain project documents, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, purchase orders, and closeout documents. *** HEAVY PO tasks.
• Track project schedules, deadlines, and required paperwork.
• Coordinate communication between project managers, field staff, vendors, subcontractors, and customers.
• Process invoices and maintain accurate project records.
• Assist with material orders, job setup, and project closeout documentation.
• Perform general administrative and office support as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of administrative experience; construction industry experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with construction management software is a plus.
