Responsibilities Manage and organize office communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail. Assist with patient scheduling and appointment coordination. Maintain and update patient records and office databases accurately. Support the administrative team with filing, data entry, and other clerical duties. Coordinate office supplies and assist with inventory management. Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure smooth office operations. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous office or administrative experience preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
