IT Support Technician

Salary: $36,000 - 58,000 per year Requirements:

• Proficiency in Windows 10 and 11
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Virtualization
• Experience in receiving and logging help desk calls
• Ability to provide initial help desk support
• Competence in opening and closing service requests
• Friendly demeanor and patience with clients
• At least 5 years of experience in IT technology is preferred
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent experience in a technology-based setting
• Strong communication skills with clients

Responsibilities:

• As an IT/Help Desk Technician at Clear Winds, I will be engaged in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, assisting our clients in optimizing their operations through technology. I will be tasked with managing multiple projects while exhibiting personal management skills and the ability to multitask effectively. I will be expected to take initiative and drive projects and tickets to completion, demonstrating a solid work ethic along with strong communication and organizational skills. It is crucial for me to take ownership of projects, always prioritizing the needs of our users.
