Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at—all from Day One.Job DescriptionProvides pre-closing construction underwriting support and risk mitigation, along with the review of monthly construction draw requests and construction consultant reports, monitoring construction budgets and risk factors, tracking monthly progress, and making funding recommendations. The US Bancorp Impact Finance (USBIF) portfolio of multifamily commercial loans and tax credit equity investments (the “Assets”) involves Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs) and may also include New Markets Tax Credits (NMTCs) and Historic Tax Credits (HTCs). This position is accountable for reporting on construction performance and risk mitigation to Asset Management, Senior Leadership, and Credit Administration through construction completion of the Assets.
