Responsibilities Greet customers with a smile and a can-do attitude when they come in for service. Listen carefully to understand the customer's needs and concerns about their powersports vehicles. Work closely with the service technicians to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently. Provide clear, honest estimates and keep customers updated throughout the service process. Schedule appointments and manage service workflow to keep things running smoothly. Handle paperwork, process payments, and maintain accurate service records. Deliver exceptional customer service that builds lasting relationships and loyalty. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you’ll be the key point of contact for our customers. A passion for powersports, motorcycles, ATVs, or similar vehicles is a huge plus! Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service or automotive/powersports industry preferred. Reliable, punctual, and ready to be part of a fun, hardworking team. Benefits Competitive pay at $14.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Work in a friendly, supportive environment in Whiteland, IN.
