A warm and organized family in Ambler, PA is seeking a reliable and proactive Housekeeper to maintain their home and occasionally assist with their children.

A warm and organized family in Ambler, PA is seeking a reliable and proactive Housekeeper to maintain their home and occasionally assist with their children.
Schedule:
- Tuesdays: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Thursdays: 8:00 AM - 5:00/7:00 PM
Benefits: 1-week paid time off + major holidays off
Responsibilities:
- Perform full housekeeping duties including regular and deep cleaning, laundry, organizing, and maintaining overall household order
- Identify tasks that need attention and take initiative to complete them without direction
- Let dogs in and out as needed and ensure they are safe and comfortable
- Provide gentle, kind care for two children (ages 6 and 8) when they are not in school or if they are sent home
- Handle occasional snacks and simple food preparation for the children
- (Optional) Additional hours available for those interested in assisting with cooking
Household Details:
- Two dogs, including a large dog. Must be comfortable with large dogs.
Ideal Candidate:
- Kind, calm, and gentle, especially when caring for children
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and proactive - able to notice what needs to be done and take care of it without being asked
- Comfortable working alone and managing all tasks to be done efficiently
