What You'll Do Provide itinerant speech-language services to students with communication disorders across multiple school settings. Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to determine student needs. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and interventions. Create and support IEP goals and objectives that promote student success. Deliver direct therapy services, including classroom-based interventions. Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, parents, and community partners. Participate as a member of multidisciplinary evaluation and special education teams. Qualifications ? Possess or qualify for immediate issuance of a Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate for Speech-Language Pathologists.

• Experience working with students with mild, moderate, and severe disabilities.
• Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of state and district special education regulations and requirements.

Minimum Requirements: Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.
