What We Want:
As the Administrative Specialist, you are a dedicated team player who remains calm when things get hectic. You possess strong construction industry experience, are customer driven both internally and externally, and comfortable talking with vendors. The Administrative Specialist is detailed oriented, able to communicate with all levels of staff, and possess excellent Excel skills. Must be bilingual, Spanish/English.
What You’ll Do:
As the Administrative Specialist you will provide support for both the Operations and Sales departments. You will communicate and schedule all field personnel, prepare subcontractor invoices, and maintain time and attendance and vacation logs for the company. The Administrative Specialist is responsible for billing and resolving any discrepancies.
