To manage, influence, and lead development direction and optimal performance of business unit program initiatives. Develop, implement, evaluate, and lead users to comply with best practices to ensure timely and effective channel/program delivery and administration. Manage and facilitate implementation and coordination of small, multiple programs, or portions of larger programs that affect and involve business unit activities. Coordinate broader site, enterprise, and partner-facing programs that extend beyond Comms, Culture, and Engagement internal operating system and require cross-functional alignment. Coordinate with department leaders of initiatives from concepts through planning, analysis, design, testing, and implementation phases.
