Position: Cabinet Installation Technician
Location: Olathe, KS
Pay: $25/hour paid weekly
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Cabinet Installation Technician to join our growing team in Olathe, KS. This role offers steady work, a positive team environment, and the opportunity to showcase your carpentry skills. If you have 2+ years of carpentry experience and take pride in delivering quality craftsmanship, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Install cabinets and countertops with precision and attention to detail
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work orders to execute installations accurately
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for assembly and installation tasks
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe during and after installation
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site as needed
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of carpentry or cabinet installation experience required
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and work orders
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and other carpentry equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
