Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or elevate issues as necessary. Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions. Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, ensuring that all information is conveyed accurately. Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred; call center experience is a plus. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enabling effective communication with a diverse clientele. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in data entry and familiarity with call center software. Excellent verbal communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Ability to analyze situations quickly and make sound decisions based on customer needs.
