Position Overview Allevio Care is seeking a Full-Time Clinic-Based Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive foot care to patients in a clinical setting. This is a non-surgical role focused on high-quality, patient-centered care delivered within an established clinic environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive foot examinations and assess patients' foot health Diagnose and treat various foot and ankle conditions, such as ingrown toenails, corns, calluses, and plantar fasciitis Develop customized treatment plans based on individual patient needs Perform minor surgical procedures, such as toenail removal and wound care Educate patients on proper foot care techniques and preventive measures Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Stay current on the latest developments in podiatric medicine through continuing education and professional development opportunities Requirements & Qualifications: Nurse Practitioner (NP) degree from an accredited institution Current state license Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience working in community health or home care settings is preferred Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other healthcare professionals Experience in wound care, Wound care Certification, experience with providing in-home services/ mobile care Reliable transportation Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
