Water & Fire Restoration Project Manager

Salary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 + Bonus Program Modernistic of Troy is currently looking for an Experienced Water & Fire Restoration Project Manager to join our growing Restoration team. The ideal candidate has multiple years of experience in the restoration industry with a strong grasp of Mitigation services and excellent customer problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Scope and sign jobs (Water mitigation, fire & smoke cleaning, mold remediation, trauma scene cleanup, post-construction cleaning, etc.) Write estimates to insurance/TPA standards using Xactimate software. Lead and manage technicians on job sites. Perform quality control on all job sites. Coordinate trades (plumbers, HVAC, etc.) and materials; produce project schedules. Deliver jobs on time and within budget. Provide accurate and timely documentation on all project details. Maintain high-level communication throughout all projects. Develop and maintain insurance industry relationships. Follow insurance carrier SLA requirements. Manage files through billing and assist with collections when needed. Self-perform as a restoration technician as necessary. Requirements 3+ years of experience in the restoration industry (preferred). 2+ years of project management experience (preferred). Experience with Xactimate (preferred). IICRC Certifications (preferred). Outstanding communication and customer service experience. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to learn new technologies/software quickly. Must pass a drug test & background check. Valid Michigan driver's license and good driving record. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
