Senior/Principal Licensed Land SurveyorAs we continue to grow, BL Companies is seeking a Senior/Principal Land Surveyor licensed in Massachusetts who brings technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to work effectively in both the field and the office.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying and a proven track record of delivering survey projects with precision and efficiency. This is a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the success of high-impact projects while working collaboratively with BL’s Survey Management team.Depending on your level of experience and interests, you oversee both field and office operations while managing a wide variety of survey projects.Key Responsibilities:Scope, estimate, and plan survey projectsOversee execution of Boundary Surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, and Construction StakeoutEnsure quality control across all project phasesHelp to coordinate staffing and resource planningMaintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and serviceTravel to job sites as requiredCollaborate with Survey Management leadership and contribute to department operationsQualifications:Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in land surveyingProfessional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required.Proficiency in CAD, GPS, and robotic instrumentsValid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sitesStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilitiesBL Companies is 100% employee owned, giving us a competitive edge and a unique distinction from most other companies.
