About my agency:
With over eight years of experience in the insurance industry—including more than three as an agency owner—I’ve developed a deep appreciation for both leadership and community connection.

Currently leading a close-knit team (soon to grow!), I’m hands-on when it comes to training and mentorship, but I also believe in collaborative success—everyone plays a role in reaching our goals. As we prepare to welcome new team members, I’m excited to find individuals who are motivated, team-oriented, and ready to build something meaningful together.

Responsibilities

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements

Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
People-oriented
Detail oriented
Proactive in problem solving
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to make presentations to potential customers
Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
Property and Casualty license (must have currently)
Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
