Pay & Benefits:

Hourly Pay Rate: $54.31/hr

What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality nursing care to ICU patients in a fast-paced setting
Assess patient needs and utilize the nursing process to develop care plans
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health management
Document care accurately using electronic health records (Epic preferred)
Maintain safety and infection control standards
Respond promptly to patient emergencies and assist with critical interventions

What You Need:

Valid RN license in Louisiana
Minimum 2 years ICU experience
Current BLS, ACLS, and CPI certifications
Strong communication and clinical judgment skills
Ability to adapt to a diverse patient population and work effectively in a team
