Job Overview As a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague at Macy’s, you deliver outstanding customer service in the Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex, creating shopping experiences that make each customer feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued. You bring elegance, expertise, and personalized service to every interaction, helping customers find the perfect piece to celebrate life’s special moments. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer experience in Fine Jewelry & Watch Complex. Provide product knowledge, recommend products, and assist with fittings and digital shopping tools. Promote loyalty & warranty programs, support inventory and fulfillment activities, and participate in special events. Maintain security, accuracy, and presentation of merchandise; ensure compliant stock presentation. Meet and exceed daily sales goals; leverage point-of-sale tools to streamline transactions. Drive client loyalty through clienteling tools, promote offers, and participate in sales events. Open credit accounts and share loyalty benefits to acquire new customers. Support vendor training and ongoing education. Coordinate with team to achieve sales goals and uphold operational excellence. Requirements & Qualifications Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with dependable attendance. Effective communication with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors. Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English. 1–2 years of related experience required. Strong product knowledge and ability to use point‑of‑sale technology and digital tools. Use of clienteling tools to promote offers and product launches. Perform physical tasks such as standing, lifting up to 25 lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level. Use computers and handheld equipment, cash registers, and ability to process transactions. Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Physical Requirements Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands. Standing for at least two consecutive hours. Lifting at least 25 lbs. Stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, reaching including above eye level. Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
