Shift Leader Lead the shift so every guest gets fast, accurate, friendly service. Set goals, assign roles, coach in real time, and uphold Dunkin' standards. Responsibilities Position and deploy crew to meet demand. Train, coach, and recognize performance during the shift. Drive speed, accuracy, and problem resolution. Enforce food safety, cleanliness, and security. Monitor quality and marketing execution. Report equipment and performance issues to the GM/AM. Model exceptional guest service. Qualifications English fluency; solid math and writing. QSR experience required; leadership preferred. Guest-focused, decisive, and calm under pressure. Builds accountable, high-energy teams.
