Candidates should have AM availability mid-week, and flexible availability for weekend shifts. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age to be considered. Duties and Responsibilities Guest Interactions Act positively and professionally with coworkers, guests, and the public. Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival. Answer phones, take reservations, and manage take‑out orders. Manage the seating chart and coordinate guest seating efficiently. Assist with bussing tables as needed. Collaborate effectively as a teammate with all coworkers. Housekeeping Maintain pristine cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including host areas. Perform regular restroom checks to ensure supplies (paper towels, soap, toilet paper) are adequately stocked and areas are clean. This description outlines general responsibilities; other duties may be assigned as needed. Education and Experience No prior experience required; training will be provided. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team but also independently when needed. Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Accountability for actions and dedication to high-quality service. Adaptability to dynamic work environments and changing organizational needs. Maintain a high level of grooming, cleanliness, and professional appearance. Familiarity with or willingness to learn restaurant software and applications. Working Conditions Physical Requirements: Active work requiring standing and walking for extended periods (up to 8 hours). Ability to lift and carry 25-40 lbs. and perform tasks such as bending, reaching, and stooping. Visual acuity to distinguish shapes and ensure safety. Hearing ability to effectively communicate and respond to guests and team members. Environment: Moderate to loud noise levels typical of a restaurant setting.
