Job Description Job Description Salary: 55,000-80,000 Vision Landscapes is a progressive, full-service landscape management firm based in Bonita Springs, Florida. Irrigation & Lighting Manager (Naples Area) Position Description: The Irrigation & Lighting Manager must be thoroughly familiar with and able to perform all aspects of commercial and residential irrigation service to including: estimating, production, scheduling, customer service, training, etc. Directly oversees up to ten Service Technicians while interfacing with clients, subcontractors and suppliers. Must keep the Owner, Director of Landscape Operations, Client Service Manager and Construction Manager updated of progress (or lack thereof) on all accounts while coordinating with Service Technicians. The Irrigation & Lighting Manager also interfaces with company Sales, Estimating, Human Resources, and accounting personnel. Requirements: Have a high school diploma or GED. Experience in commercial and/or residential irrigation service. Able to supervise up to ten service technicians simultaneously. Must have a valid Florida Driver License and must be insurable on companys insurance policy. Possess excellent computer skills. Proficient in both oral and written communications. Responsibilities: Continually informs and updates Owner, Client Service Managers, Estimator, and the Director of Landscape Operations. Continually coordinates with company Irrigation Service Technicians as to service status (or lack thereof). Oversees the work and schedule of up to ten Service Technicians simultaneously. Ensures that all servicing is kept on schedule and on budget. Ensures all work orders is performed correctly or corrected in a timely manner. Interfaces with subcontractors, as necessary. Interfaces with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of service parts. Evaluates equipment utilization and recommends future purchases to the Owner. Ensures that job cost reports are properly analyzed and disseminated to Service Technicians. Evaluate the annual performance of Service Technicians. Able to read and install irrigation plans. Receives and reviews all time entry, work ticket and issue reports for accuracy and thoroughness through ASPIRE.
