Schedule: M-F - 11:30 AM - 8 PM
Location: Philadelphia, PA 19104
Job Type: Full-Time Contract
Contract Length: 3 Months with possibility of extension
Pay Range: $25 - $28.21 per hour on W2 without benefits
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.


Duties:

• Schedule outpatient appointments, procedures, and cases accurately and efficiently.
• Perform patient pre-registration and ensure accurate demographic and insurance information.
• Utilize EPIC/Optime for scheduling and case coordination .
• Manage incoming phone calls and respond to patient, provider, and departmental inquiries.
• Coordinate case requests with physician offices and clinical departments.
• Prepare patients for scheduled visits and help ensure smooth patient flow.
• Provide professional, courteous service while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Years of experience: 1+ years
• Skills/Specialties/Technology: EPIC experience required
