Escrow Assistant

Insight Global is looking for a Commercial Escrow/Title Assistant will provide highlevel support to a highvolume commercial escrow desk, assisting with complex commercial real estate transactions from file opening through closing. This role is ideal for a detailoriented professional with a strictly commercial background who thrives in a fastpaced, productiondriven environment. This position will be on-site 5 days a week in Dallas, Texas.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Commercial Escrow Officer throughout the full lifecycle of commercial real estate transactions, from opening to close.
• Prepare and review commercial closing statements and assist with settlement coordination.
• Review, organize, and track title commitments, title requirements, and related commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, lenders, attorneys, and external stakeholders to ensure timely closings.
• Maintain accurate, compliant files in accordance with Texas commercial title insurance regulations.
• Manage multiple commercial files simultaneously in a structured, highvolume workflow.
Ensure all escrow activities meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3-5 years of dedicated residential/commercial escrow/title experience.
• Proven ability to manage a steady pipeline of commercial files in a productionfocused environment.
• Proficiency with escrow software systems.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and followthrough.
• Experience working within structured, processdriven escrow operations.


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Strong familiarity with the Texas commercial title market, closing practices, and standards.
Experience with SoftPro
