Powersports dealer located in Conway, AR seeking a Office Manager. Candidate will be responisible for managing client and vendor invoices, process deposits, ledger entries, title work, and reconciliation tasks.
Qualifications
- Must have minimum of 2 years experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
- Must have experience and proficiency in using QuickBooks
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation procedures, general ledger management, and account reconciliation techniques.
- Familiarity with payroll processing, tax regulations, accounts payable/receivable management, and budget analysis.
- Ability to perform detailed balance sheet reconciliation and journal entry preparation accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
