Talent Pipeline Opportunity This posting is primarily intended to build our talent pipeline for future Principal 2D Artist opportunities. We're particularly interested in candidates with proven experience in the casual mobile games industry who are open to relocating to Singapore. What You'll Be Doing Lead and define the overall 2D art direction and visual quality bar for the game. Create the right and high-quality 2D game assets (characters, environments, props) that serve as benchmarks for the team. Drive strong right design thinking to improve clarity, usability, and player experience. Guide and elevate the team's output through feedback, art direction, and best practices. Use AI and relevant tools to accelerate ideation, iteration, and production. Collaborate closely with product, and engineering to ensure visuals support gameplay and user experience. Establish and refine art pipelines, workflows, and standards to improve efficiency and scalability. Iterate quickly based on feedback, with strong ownership over visual quality and delivery. What We're Looking For At least 6 years of experience as a 2D Artist in the casual mobile games industry, including experience leading or mentoring other artists. Strong understanding of composition, visual hierarchy, colour, and readability. Proven ability to set a right and high visual quality bar and create benchmark-quality assets. Strong design thinking with the ability to create the right design for gameplay clarity and player experience. Deep understanding of the casual mobile game market and player preferences. Ability to mentor artists, provide art direction, and elevate team quality. Experience establishing art pipelines, workflows, and best practices. Strong collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams. Proficient in using AI tools to accelerate ideation, iteration, and production. Open to relocating to Singapore.
