What You’ll Do Lead and support daily operations of the dietary department to ensure smooth, efficient service Supervise, schedule, and develop dietary staff to maintain high performance standards Oversee food preparation and service, ensuring meals are safe, appetizing, and meet dietary requirements Manage food ordering, inventory, and budget controls Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility dietary and sanitation regulations.
