Location: Joliet, IL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Language Requirement: Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual Warehouse Office Coordinator to support daily warehouse and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively in English and Spanish, maintain accurate inventory records, process incoming shipments, and provide administrative support to warehouse staff and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally in English and Spanish.
- Process incoming shipments and verify delivery paperwork for accuracy.
- Maintain inventory records and assist with inventory counts.
- Prepare, print, scan, and file bills of lading (BOLs), packing lists, receiving reports, and other documents.
- Enter and update information in Excel and other computer systems.
- Communicate with warehouse personnel, drivers, and customers.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, spoken and written.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF documents.
- Experience with inventory management and receiving inbound shipments.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications Not Required
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, distribution, or third-party logistics (3PL) environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
