RFNOW is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to provide exceptional service for both residential and business internet subscribers. You'll be responsible for addressing inquiries and assisting with account issues while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and experience in customer service, particularly in the telecommunications sector. In addition to excellent communication abilities, you must be eligible to work in Canada and flexible with your schedule.
