Registered Respiratory Therapist - $26-35 per hour

Job Title Registered Respiratory Therapist – Night Shift, DMC Huron Valley‑Sinai Hospital, Commerce Township, Michigan Job Summary Provide therapeutic and rehabilitative procedures and diagnostic tests for patients with or at risk of cardiopulmonary abnormalities. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health‑care team members to develop and implement optimal cardiopulmonary care plans. Perform patient assessments, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and determine which activities can be delegated. Instruct employees and students in respiratory care procedures and evaluate their competence. Serve as an in‑charge therapist and preceptor as requested. Employment Details • Duration: Ongoing, full‑time (40 hrs per week) • Shift: 8 hrs, night (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) • Location: DMC Huron Valley‑Sinai Hospital, Commerce Township, Michigan • Employment type: Staff (RRT) Qualifications Graduation from an AMA/CoARC approved respiratory care program (associate degree in science, allied health or equivalent). Registration as RRT by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC). BCLS certification required; ACLS preferred. License to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in the State of Michigan.
