Scrum Master Services
Our client is seeking a dedicated Scrum Master services to facilitate the CRAFT team in adopting Agile best practices, removing blockers, and ensuring the successful delivery of an exam workflow tool. The Scrum Master will serve as servant leader for the team focusing on facilitation, backlog hygiene, impediment removal, and coaching. Due to client requirements, only US Citizens can be considered for this role. It is fully onsite, 5 days a week in Washington DC.
Responsibilities
- Engaging and coaching product teams to help them recognize the effectiveness of self-organization and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Product Owners to properly scope and plan current and future work.
Qualifications/Background Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computing Information Systems, Computer Science, or relevant technical discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading projects or key business initiatives.
- 2 years of IT portfolio and customer relationship management experience.
- At least one of the following or its equivalent:
- PMP Certification, PMI-ACP, or Scaled Agile Framework or CSM (Certified Scrum Master).
Pay Range: Hourly $64.00 to $72.00
