Entry Level Marketing and Sales Assistant Responsibilities

• Support daily marketing and sales campaigns for our clients
• Interact directly with customers and target audiences in a professional manner
• Build brand awareness and increase customer engagement
• Present products, services, promotions, and campaign information
• Assist with customer acquisition and lead generation initiatives
• Build positive relationships with new and existing customers
• Help implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns
• Maintain accurate customer and campaign information
• Support client account management and campaign objectives
• Learn key components of customer acquisition, marketing, sales, and business development
• Collaborate with team members to improve campaign performance and the customer experience

Key Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be available for a full-time, on-site position in Columbus, OH
• Must currently reside in the Columbus area or be able to reliably commute
• Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, restaurants, sales, marketing, or other customer-facing positions is helpful but not required
