High school diploma or GED (additional education or military experience is a plus). Proven leadership skills in managing teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving, customer service, and decision‑making abilities. Excellent at giving and receiving direction. Flexible availability to work varying shifts. You must be willing and able to: Travel to different Wendy’s locations as required. Stay active and on your feet for most of your shift. Occasionally lift up to 25-50 lbs.
