HIRING PART TIME/PER-DIEM OCCUPATIONAL THERAPISTS / OCCUPATIONAL ASSISTANCE
Located in Broward Country Florida is a home health agency that provides speech, physical, and occupational therapies.
Seeking clinicians to join our fast growing team.
- Per Diem/Sub-Contract (with potential for full time position dependent on caseload) positions available in a supportive and friendly working environment with flexible hours and competitive pay.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Evaluates and develops a treatment plan outlining area of deficit and determines measurable goals.
- Recommends and provides treatment based upon medical, clinical, functional, and observational findings.
- Provides treatment based upon clinical, functional, and observational findings.
- Records daily patient documentation and charges according to agency standards.
- Communicates with family/guardians regarding treatment and findings.
- Prepares patient and family/guardians for discharge.
- Maintains ongoing continuing education to maintain professional licensure and clinical excellence.
- Supervises assistants and students as needed.
Requirements:
- Florida Professional License
- Level II background screening
- Current CPR /BLS card
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Fluent in English/ or Spanish
- In person
