Master's Level ClinicianNFI Massachusetts Inc., a respected non-profit human services agency, is seeking a dedicated Master's Level Clinician to join our Intensive Residential Treatment Program (IRTP) located in Westborough, MA. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adolescents facing serious mental health challenges, while enjoying the benefits of a low caseload and no on-call duties.Our IRTP facilities serve male and female youth referred through the Department of Mental Health (DMH). These short-term, locked residential programs provide intensive therapeutic support to adolescents struggling with serious mental illness and/or severe emotional and behavioral disturbances.
