Milford Public Schools Stacy Middle School - Milford, Massachusetts Open in Google Maps Job Details Job ID: 5939981 Application Deadline: Oct 04, 2026 11:59 PM (UTC) Posted: Sep 25, 2026 12:00 AM (UTC) Starting Date: Oct 31, 2026 Job Description Position:Teaching Assistant (3 positions) Location:Stacy Middle School Schedule:2026-2027 School Year – Hours 7:45 – 2:15 Salary:Per Contract $19.10 – $24.92 hour based on experience & certification To Start:October 2026 Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Sheltered English Immersion (SEI) Endorsement preferred; Experience working with students with and without disabilities; Demonstrate the ability to assist in the inclusion and/or Special Education classroom; Experience working with English Language Learners Bilingual preferred CPI training preferred Responsibilities Work under the supervision of building administration, Special Education teachers, and classroom teachers; Assist small groups and/or individual students with progress toward academic, social-emotional, and/or behavioral goals within the classroom, with guidance provided by the teacher; Communicate and collaborate with teachers; Provide direct instruction in an inclusion classroom or small group setting; Ability to modify curriculum; Maintain confidential information; Collect data on student performance as needed; Assist students with daily living/self-help skills; Attend and participate in training opportunities as directed; and Perform supervisory duties, as assigned by school administration.
