Your Purpose as a Receptionist: Answer incoming phone calls and directs caller to appropriate department/individual, or takes a thorough message, if needed. Welcome customers to the dealership and determine the nature of their visit. Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson. Communicates with guests and callers in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner. Scheduling appointments for the Service Department, ensuring the most personalized guest experience possible. Ensure customer retention by providing extraordinary customer service. Use multi-line phone system to receive high volume inbound calls. Achieve and maintain goals to increase ongoing customer retention by using multiple forms of communication. Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
