This world-class factory will be built from the ground up to produce a wide variety of some of the most trusted and beloved pet care brands in the U.S. Our passionate team in Williamsburg Township will work in an environment that values safety, the latest technology in manufacturing and a culture of learning. Help us write the next chapter of Purina's history.As an Information Technology Technician, you will maintain reliability and functionality of in-house computer hardware and software systems. You will handle the coordination of deployment, installation, upgrade, and de-installation of desktop hardware and software. You will resolve the user's issues related to computer hardware and software. You will also provide low-level plant floor systems-related support. Install, configure, performance tune, administer and troubleshoot all in-house computer related hardware and software Comply with company data backup, disaster recovery, software licensing, security, and authorization policies Contribute analytical and technical expertise regarding in-house computer-related hardware and plant/business information technology Promote cost effective, high-performance computer technology that will provide continuous improvement to productivity and efficiencyRequirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent 1+ years of experience in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical field The approximate range for this position is $49,000 - $70,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
