Credit Controller

Ben je analytisch ingesteld, werk je graag nauwkeurig en haal je voldoheid uit het opvolgen van financiële dossiers? Wil je terechtkomen in een internationale omgeving waar je een belangrijke bijdrage levert aan een gezonde cashflow? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou. Als Credit Controller maak je deel uit van het Finance Team en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Finance Manager. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van klantenbetalingen, het beheren van kredietrisico's en het ondersteunen van een correcte financiële administratie. Verantwoordelijkheden Proactief opvolgen van openstaande klantenrekeningen en debiteuren, zowel telefonisch als schriftelijk. Opvolgen van klantenbetalingen via online klantenportalen en zorgen voor een correcte administratieve verwerking . Samenwerken met collega's van sales, logistiek en andere afdelingen om vragen, disputen en betalingsverschillen efficiënt op te lossen. Beheren van kredietlimieten en beoordelen van de kredietwaardigheid van klanten volgens het interne acceptatiebeleid. Signaleren van betalingsrisico's en bewaken van de debiteurenportefeuille . Controleren en boeken van bankafschriften. Ondersteunen bij rapporteringen, analyses en de maand- en jaarafsluitingen . Vereisten Bachelor in Finance, Accountancy of een gelijkwaardige ervaring. Minstens twee jaar ervaring binnen credit control, debiteurenbeheer of een gelijkaardige financiële functie. Vlotte communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels . Een basiskennis Frans is een plus. Nauwkeurige en gestructureerde manier van werken met oog voor prioriteiten. Sterke kennis van MS Office , met een goede beheersing van Excel. Ervaring met Exact Globe en/of iController (Billtrust) is een pluspunt. #J-18808-Ljbffr Synergie Belgium
