Als productiebeheerder ben jij de administratieve spoc van onze klanten Locatie: Overmere, Kalken, Buggenhout of Lochristi. Voltijdse opdracht (of minstens 80%). Salaris gebaseerd op jouw kennis en ervaring. Extralegale voordelen: cafetariaplan, maaltijdcheques, verzekeringspakket. Je komt terecht in een enthousiast team binnen de Blancquaert groep, een groeiend familiebedrijf met drie generaties ervaring in het aanbieden van onafhankelijke bank- en verzekeringsdiensten. Wat doe je? Je verzorgt het dagdagelijkse beheer van polissen, staat particuliere klanten telefonisch en schriftelijk te woord met informatie en oprecht advies op maat. Je volgt nauwgezet alle dossiers op en zorgt voor een administratief beheer en onderhoudt contact met de maatschappijen, bouwt goede relaties op. Je werkt mee aan de commerciële ontwikkeling van het kantoor, meedenkt toekomstgericht voor klant en kantoor. Wat moet je kunnen? Administratief sterk: nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht dossiers behandelen. Klantgericht denken, goede luistervaardigheid, correct én eerlijk advies geven. Communicatief sterk met commerciële feeling. Gedreven en collegiaal; bereid om collega’s een hand te steken wanneer nodig. Vlot werken met Windows en MS Office. Kennis van Brio is een pluspunt. Bachelordiploma en bij voorkeur eerste ervaring in de verzekeringswereld. Transparante communicatie, korte lijnen; hands‑on en no‑nonsense mentaliteit. Zeer sterke kennis Nederlands en goede kennis van de Franse taal. Wat kan je verwachten? Een fulltime (of minstens 80%) contract van onbepaalde duur binnen een team van professionals.
