Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional respiratory care to patients in a dynamic environment, supporting various hospital departments. This role involves working as part of a dedicated team in a float unit and requires a strong commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory treatments, including nebulizer treatments and ABGs from A-lines and sticks.
• Assist in intubation and code situations as required.
• Participate in rapid response situations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Critical care experience with a focus on ventilator management and good assessment skills.
• Candidates must possess relevant certifications and licensure for respiratory therapy practice.
• Familiarity with Meditech software and ventilator experience is preferred.
