Programmatic Coordinator

We are seeking a Programmatic Coordinator to support the execution of digital advertising campaigns through creative trafficking, campaign operations, and performance reporting. This role is responsible for ensuring campaigns launch accurately, creatives are properly managed within ad serving platforms, and reporting is delivered on time. The ideal candidate has experience working with Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), ad serving technologies, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate creative trafficking, including asset QA, naming conventions, uploads, and troubleshooting.
• Support campaign setup, launch, and execution across programmatic advertising platforms.
• Pull, compile, and distribute recurring and ad hoc campaign performance reports.
• Monitor live campaigns and proactively identify pacing, delivery, or discrepancy issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Maintain trafficking documentation, reporting templates, and campaign trackers.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in programmatic advertising, ad operations, digital media, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with ad serving platforms (e.g., Campaign Manager 360) and creative trafficking workflows.
• Experience with tags, pixels, and campaign QA.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to summarize campaign performance data.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in streaming, CTV, or the media and entertainment industry.
• Interest in the evolving AdTech and programmatic advertising landscape.
