By bundling peer support, coaching, education, and home delivery of medical supplies into an end-to-end care solution that helps members better manage their chronic conditions.Contract Duration: Initial 90 day contract with potential opportunity for extension or longer term employment based on business needs and performanceEmployment Type: 1099 / ContractorCompensation: $30 to $38/hour depending on experienceWe're looking for a reliable and highly organized Workplace Operations Coordinator contractor to maintain a consistent onsite presence and support day-to-day office and operational needs in our San Francisco office. This person will help ensure the office remains operationally organized, visitor-ready, and properly supported during business hours.ScheduleThis is an onsite role based in our San Francisco office during posted business hours:Tuesday-Friday10:00 AM-5:30 PMWhat Will You Do As A Workplace Operations Coordinator?Maintain a consistent onsite presence during business hoursSupport onsite operational readiness during external visits and reviewsProcess and distribute incoming mail and packagesCoordinate and ship employee gifts and company swagCoordinate basic workplace upkeep and office organization needsManage office access, including coordinating visitor entry and employee access supportHelp keep the office organized, stocked, operationally ready, and running smoothlyProvide operational and administrative coordination support across teams as neededCoordinate with building management and external vendors as neededSounds Exciting?
