Capital Electric Supply has an opening for a Warehouse Administrator - Receiving at our Upper Marlboro, MD location. This role provides administrative support to warehouse receiving operations by ensuring accurate documentation, system entry, communication, and follow up. The Warehouse Administrator plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting operational efficiency, and enabling strong service to our branches and customers. Responsibilities Assist the Receiving Manager with daily receiving administrative activities. Process all receiving paperwork per company standards. Maintain accurate PO, transfer, and delivery records. Schedule carrier deliveries. Create packing slips in Eclipse as needed. Reconcile receiving and transfer reports. Resolve receiving discrepancies with vendors and internal teams. Ensure accurate inbound documentation and follow safety standards Communicate with internal teams and vendors via email and phone Qualifications High School Diploma/GED required. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Experience with inventory systems or ERP platforms (Eclipse preferred) Prior warehouse administrative or receiving experience preferred.
