Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) - Worcester Rehabilitation & Health Care Center

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Worcester Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, you will join a team of dedicated healthcare professionals in providing high-quality care to our residents. With competitive pay and a focus on delivering exceptional patient care, we invite you to join our team and contribute to our commitment to excellence.

Our competitive pay range is $42 to $47 per hour, depending on the shift, including the shift differentials. Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials, and you'll receive weekly pay.

Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration.

Supervise nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care and maintain accurate resident records.

Follow physician's orders and maintain accurate awareness of residents on alert lists.

Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes, including resident evaluations and care plans.

Visit each resident daily to evaluate resident needs and maintain accurate awareness of resident conditions.

Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited school of nursing or college.

Must be CPR certified.

Must have a current and active RN license in the state or be in the process of obtaining one.
