Warehouse Material Handler Immediately Hiring

Position: Warehouse Material Handler (Permanent Full Time) Location: Dekalb, Illinois Compensation: $20.30 per hour plus $2.00 per hour shift premium (pay weekly) Job Overview Responsible for warehouse operations including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting. Maintain accurate documentation and assist with automated packing system support. Responsibilities Operate forklift to load, unload, and move goods within the facility. Perform picking, packing, receiving, and shipping activities. Cycle count and audit inventory accurately. Maintain and document paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading. Provide technical support for automated packing systems during core shift hours. Comply with performance measurement guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. At least 1 year of warehouse or powered industrial truck experience preferred. Valid Forklift Operator License. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable, punctual, with good attendance. High level of accuracy, initiative, and attention to detail. Manual handling ability: lift, push, or pull up to 35 lbs, stand for long periods. Availability for flexible shifts.
