CT Technologist (Per Diem / PRN) PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center

Base Pay: $44.97 $66.97 per hour + 15% added in lieu of benefits (on top of base pay)

Shift Differentials:

• Evening: +$3.50/hour
• Night: +$5.00/hour
• Weekend: +$1.00/hour

Your total hourly earnings can be significantly higher based on shift and schedule.

About the Role

PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center is hiring a CT Technologist (Computed Tomography Technologist) to deliver high-quality imaging and patient care.

This PRN role is ideal for CT Technologists who value flexibility and can support a variety of shifts based on department needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and advanced CT scans
• Prepare equipment and exam rooms for procedures
• Review patient history, labs, and prior imaging
• Educate patients before and after exams
• Collaborate with radiologists and care teams
• Follow radiation safety (ALARA) guidelines
• Perform venipuncture and assist with contrast administration
• Maintain accurate records in PACS/RIS systems
• Ensure image quality and equipment performance
• Provide coverage across varying shifts based on department needs
• Support team operations by assisting with schedule gaps and high-demand times

Qualifications

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• One of the following:
• ARRT (Radiography)
• ARRT (CT)
• ARRT (Nuclear Medicine)
• Washington State Radiologic Technologist license
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• PACS/RIS experience
• Venipuncture competency

Preferred:

• 1+ year CT experience
• Experience with EPIC RIS, FUJI, IntelliSpace PACS

Advanced CT certification required within 1 year of hire
