Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join a collaborative HR team and provide day-to-day support across a growing organization. This is a great opportunity for an early-career HR professional looking to build a strong foundation and gain exposure to a broad range of HR functions. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HR team Assist with employee onboarding, HR documentation, and maintaining accurate employee records Assist HR team members with various projects and initiatives Help maintain HR systems and ensure employee information is accurate and up to date Support recruiting and coordination efforts as needed Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information Collaborate with employees and HR team members across the organization Qualifications 1–3 years of HR or related experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate Highly organized with strong attention to detail Bilingual skills highly preferred, but not required Desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in HR Ability to work fully onsite in Amesbury, MA Why Consider This Opportunity?
