Customer Accounts Advisor (Bilingual)

This is more than a job – it is a career with purpose. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Customer Accounts Advisor The salary range for this role is $12.75 to $13.50 per hour/year. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance. Responsibilities Maintain and update customer accounts, including customer information and payment appointments in the store computer system. Contact customers who have not renewed their lease agreements via phone and home visits. Explain the benefits of timely lease renewal payments and persuade customers to renew. Assist the Customer Account Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal goals. Handle merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management. Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for all items personally returned. Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheets and daily route sheets. Load, secure, and protect product in the company vehicle and safely operate the vehicle. Assist the Sales Team as needed. Perform any reasonable duties requested by management. Requirements U.S. applicants must be at least 21 years old with a valid state driver’s license and comply with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy, including a satisfactory motor vehicle record. Canadian applicants must be at least 18 years old. Must meet DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states (U.S.). Ability to work a schedule that varies from 8 am to 9 pm. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without help and up to 300 lbs with a dolly. Two years of retail or customer‑service experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. High energy and ability to multitask effectively. Uphold the Aaron’s Brand and protect company assets. Maintain a professional appearance.
